Mohican   mtb   100

2025 MTB100 Race Day...

Saturday, May 17th

"New Hope’s small army of volunteers really makes it an awesome race! THANK YOU!"

- Tim Bonifant (rider)

"This is a race that you can truly enjoy the scenic beauty, the incredibly knowledgable director and staff, and the kind, caring volunteers!"

- Alan Minor (rider)
The Mohican 100-mile mountain bike race is a huge annual event for the Loudonville community, as hundreds of competitors, many of them professional racers, show up from all over the country to compete in this ultra-endurance event.  New Hope provides 150+ volunteers to help facilitate a safe and fun experience for everyone.  This takes more than just people who call New Hope their home... everyone is welcomed and encouraged to join the volunteer team!  People are needed to help serve racers at Aid Stations, as well as the many different Course Marshal positions.  People with trucks can be transportation for bikers who cannot finish the race, and those with medical training can provide medical assistance to racers who have been injured.

If you're interested in volunteering, signup sheets will be available at the HUB in April, or you can contact Whitney Schaffer, and plan to attend the organizational meeting on Thursday, May 16th, at 7:00pm here at New Hope Community Church (637 N. Market St - Loudonville).
