Rob Paterson
Lead Pastor
Pastor Rob joined the staff at New Hope in 2011. A 'church planter' to the core, Rob planted two churches previously in Indiana and Michigan, and now he coaches other new church planters. He and his wife, Bethany, live in Loudonville with their two sons, Christopher and Liam.
Bud Stanton
Executive Pastor
Pastor Bud has been involved at New Hope since the early days. He was the original campus pastor of our Ashland campus in 2008, and then he rejoined the leadership team here in Loudonville in 2020. He and his wife, Sandie, live in Loudonville and have three grown sons, CJ, Nick, and Camden.
Jeremy Gessner
Connections Pastor
As part of the original launch team, Pastor Jeremy helped start New Hope in 2002! As a musician, he has always been part of the worship team, but he came on staff full time in 2013 to direct all worship production and media elements. He and his wife, Jeanette, live in Loudonville and have three grown sons, Jacob, Isaac, and Brady.
Shelley Sulser
Assistant to the Pastors
Shelley joined the leadership team at New Hope in 2017, assisting the pastors with all ministry operations. She and her husband, Greg, live in Perrysville and have 4 grown children, Kylie, Trey, Arik, and Caulin.
Kerry MacQueen
First Impressions
Kerry oversees ministries involved in being the face of New Hope when people first enter the building. The HUB, Greeters, Bookstore, Safety & Security, and Cafe teams.

Worship Production
Jeremy oversees ministries involved in the Sunday morning worship experience. Worship, production, and creative teams, as well as media & website management.

Kids Ministries
Bud oversees all ministries involving kids. Hopeland, Xtreme Kidz, Community Youth Group, and the Green Room teams.

Family Ministries
Melissa oversees the men's, women's, marriage, and small groups ministry areas.

Support Ministries
Jeanna oversees the many 'behind the scenes' ministries. Finance, meals, facilities, cleaning, and office teams.
