As we reach the end of an interesting season without a lead pastor, it's not a time to sit back and relax!  During these past months, people have either stepped up to fill holes, or been understanding of abnormal circumstances.  But Rob's return doesn't mean we should wash our hands, relax, and now expect him to carry the load.  It is not the job of the lead pastor to "do all the work."  On the contrary, it is to "equip the saints for the work of ministry."  Rob is here to provide the New Hope Body with whatever they need to operate this ministry... WE are the ones who make ministry happen!  Rob's job is to encourage and equip us to do so.  If you've already been involved, keep pushing forward!  If you're new, are you ready to step in, get connected, and use the gifts God has given to you?  Let's all prepare together for God's fire to fall on New Hope!
