Mohican MTB100

The Mohican 100-mile mountain bike race is a huge annual event for the Loudonville community, as hundreds of competitors, many of them professional racers, show up from all over the country to compete in this ultra-endurance event.  New Hope provides 150+ volunteers to help facilitate a safe and fun experience for everyone.  This takes more than just people who call New Hope their home... everyone is welcomed and encouraged to join the volunteer team!  People are needed to help serve racers at Aid Stations, as well as the many different Course Marshal positions.  People with trucks can be transportation for bikers who cannot finish the race, and those with medical training can provide medical assistance to racers who have been injured.

If you're interested in volunteering, signup sheets are now available at the HUB, or you can contact Whitney Schaffer, and plan to attend the organizational meeting on Thursday, May 16th, at 7:00pm here at New Hope Community Church (637 N. Market St - Loudonville).
