Have you ever read a book about someone you admire?  An athlete?  A corporate or political leader?  Someone who was the perfect person at the perfect time in history?  The limitation of reading a book or listening to a speech, is that we only see the gold.  All of the waiting, missteps and mistakes along the way are often omitted from the final presentation.  But when we do life up close and personal, it is powerful to be reminded that God specializes in using imperfect people!
