What does it mean to actually delight in God—not simply serve Him, obey Him, or ask Him for things?

RESPOND
Tell God what you love about Him.

REST
Spend a few moments simply enjoying His presence.

PRAYER
God, I don't want my relationship with You to be built only around what You can do for me. Teach me to delight in You simply because You are You. Amen.

There is no need to rush through these four steps.

Some days you may spend ten minutes. Other days you may spend twenty. Some days the Scripture may feel powerful and personal. Other days it may seem quiet.

That's okay!

The goal isn't to finish the devotional.

The goal is to meet with God.
