RESPOND
Ask God to fill that place with His joy and peace.

REST
Repeat slowly: “The God of hope.”

PRAYER
God of hope, fill me with Your joy and peace. Where I see uncertainty, help me see You. Where I feel discouraged, restore my hope. Amen.

There is no need to rush through these four steps.

Some days you may spend ten minutes. Other days you may spend twenty. Some days the Scripture may feel powerful and personal. Other days it may seem quiet.

That's okay!

The goal isn't to finish the devotional.

The goal is to meet with God.
