RESPOND
Ask God to bring someone to mind.

REST
Thank God for the people who have encouraged you.

PRAYER
God, make me an encourager. Help me use my words to build people up rather than tear them down. Amen.

There is no need to rush through these four steps.

Some days you may spend ten minutes. Other days you may spend twenty. Some days the Scripture may feel powerful and personal. Other days it may seem quiet.

That's okay!

The goal isn't to finish the devotional.

The goal is to meet with God.
