The Dark Side of Christmas

In a galaxy far too close to home, there was a time of year that looked incredible.  The exterior facade was perfectly decorated with lights and presents, parties and jingles, but behind the veneer there was a very different reality.  This festive season was filled with the pain of loss, the pressure of expectation, and the crushing weight of debt.   While everything appeared to be fine, a shadow of darkness consumed the land and robbed this merry time of all hope.   It was the dark side of Christmas.

And just when all appeared to be lost, there was a disturbance in the force...  A baby was born!
